To register your spouse or guest, please select YOUR NAME (the employee) from the Household Member dropdown and add your spouse's or guest's name to the appropriate field.
You may NOT register as a spouse or guest if you are an employee of a railroad or supplier company.
Spouses and guests of meeting attendees may attend meals and social events, but are not permitted in general or breakout/education sessions.

Topgolf Closing Reception Registration (Separate registration is required for ALL attendees. Tickets are complimentary for Member Class II and III Railroad employees.)

Policies

Cancellation Policy
ASLRRA must be notified by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) of any cancellations or requests for refunds before midnight March 25, 2026. Requests received before then will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee. Substitutions of attendees from the same company are accepted and encouraged. Due to commitments to vendors, there are no refunds provided after March 25, 2026 - no exceptions. This policy applies to all online cancellations and transaction changes as well and supersedes any other credit messages produced by the automated registration system.
