Congressional Districts
Many congressional offices require information on whether a resident of their state or Congressional District will be participating in the meeting with the Senator, Member of Congress, or legislative staff prior to scheduling a meeting.

To help event organizers have the best chance to schedule a meeting with your elected officials, please answer the questions related to your ticket selection above and either enter the Congressional District or State and Zip Code for the address where you reside. If you are unsure of your district and would prefer to check on your own, GovTrack.us provides this form where you can enter your address and find your district information.

Meeting Requests
Event organizers try to honor as many attendee meeting requests as possible, but may not be able to get each attendee into every meeting they request due to scheduling conflicts, limitations placed by congressional offices, and other factors.

Training
Registrants will be encouraged to attend one Zoom training session, where talking points for the meetings and logistics will be discussed, available on the following dates/times:

• April 30 at 2:00PM EDT
• May 2 at 12:00PM EDT
• May 6 at 4:00PM EDT

Registrants will receive a request to attend one of these sessions.

Schedule
7:00AM - 9:00AM: BREAKFAST & MATERIALS PICKUP at the Monocle Restaurant 107 D Street NE. Railroad Day will kick off with a Grab and Go event at The Monocle. Here you can meet up with your first appointment team members, and pick up materials.
9:00AM - 4:30PM: CONGRESSIONAL OFFICE VISITS scheduled according to individual attendee information supplied when registering. Each attendee should receive a schedule by May 6.
LUNCH: You are on your own for lunch; there are cafeterias on the House and Senate sides of the Capitol building. Details to be provided on training calls.
5:00PM - 7:00PM: A CAPITOL HILL RECEPTION will be held at Rayburn Cafeteria for attendees, Congressional Members, and Elected Officials. Rayburn Cafeteria is located in the Rayburn House Office Building, B-357 at 45 Independence Ave SW.

Accommodations
Please make arrangements to stay at the hotel of your choice in Washington, D.C. Locations of hotels close to the Capitol can be found here.

Cancellation Policy

You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) of any cancellations or requests for refunds before midnight April 8, 2024. Requests received before then will be refunded, less $50 per individual processing fee. Replacements from the same company are accepted and encouraged. Because of commitments to vendors, there are no refunds provided after April 8, 2024 - no exceptions. This policy applies to all online cancellations and transaction changes as well and supersedes any other credit messages produced by the automated registration system.
